    Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

    • Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

    Return Authorization Before returning an item, you must request a Return Authorization (RA). To obtain an RA, please contact our customer service team using the Contact US link. Returns sent without an RA may not be processed.

    How to Return an Item

    2. Package the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

    3. Include your RA number inside the package.

    4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

    Refunds and Exchanges

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
